Evelyn Aronow Memorial Scholarship II

For students interested in “being an advocate for the disabled”
The late Evelyn Aronow suffered from severe cerebral palsy and worked for the State of New Jersey in the Department of Community Affairs. Upon her death in 2010, Evelyn’s mother Jeannette B. Aronow, created this endowed scholarship fund for “a student who has shown potential to be an advocate for the disabled,” in honor of Evelyn’s advocacy and support of people with disabilities. Jeannette’s nephew, Martin, and his wife Lisa partnered with Ramapo to establish the Aronow Scholarship. Lisa and Martin’s son, Craig, continue to award the scholarship to individuals who best represent Evelyn’s vision.
