Dorothy and Harvey Starr Scholarship

For students with demonstrated financial need; NJ residents preferred
Harvey and Dorothy Starr attended public institutions of higher education at virtually no cost. Recognizing the value of higher education, they wanted to extend this opportunity to Ramapo College students by creating an annual scholarship.
