Rosanne DeMicco Memorial Scholarship

The Rosanne DeMicco Memorial Scholarship was created by Elizabeth and Ralph Mastrangelo in memory of Mr. Mastrangelo’s sister, Rosanne DeMicco. Rosanne was born in Brooklyn and grew up in Howard Beach, Queens with her parents and siblings. She graduated from Queens College with a degree in elementary education and earned a master’s degree in education as well as numerous certifications. She was a schoolteacher in the Pleasantville, N.Y. school district.
Eligibility:
Enrolled in the Master of Arts in Special Education program
Students who plan to teach children with special needs
GPA of 3.0 or higher
