Kevin Loncto Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Kim Lynch has supported Ramapo College for many years. In 2010, she began a semi-annual scholarship award to benefit returning adult students with financial need. As a single mother who put herself through law school, Kim understood the challenges that adult students face. Upon the passing of her son, Kevin Loncto, in May 2013. Kim renamed the scholarship in his memory. Kevin dropped out of high school but ultimately obtained his GED and went to trade school to become a welder. Kevin became a highly skilled ironworker, a job he loved. For relaxation, Kevin made sculptures out of metal. Kevin is remembered by his family, friends and peers as a kind, loving and talented sculptor.
