Lynn Krieger Mytelka Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Lynn Krieger Mytelka was a pioneering scholar in international development, professor at universities in both Canada and Europe, author of more than 3,000 scholarly publications, and served as a director of United Nations organizations. At her death at age 78 in 2021, her brother Arnold Mytelka chose to honor her memory by creating an endowed scholarship in her name. Applicants must submit an essay (no more than 250 words) about their experience as a first-gen student.
Eligibility:
Incoming students who demonstrate high academic achievement
Participation in extracurricular activities
First generation students (defined as neither parent attended college) preferred
Demonstrated financial need
