Anisfield School of Business Black Lives Matter Graduate Program Scholarship

The Anisfield School of Business is committed to supporting students, faculty, and staff of color in the collective struggle against racist and anti-Black practices and policies within and outside of the College. The Anisfield School of Business understands and values the significance of amplifying Black and other marginalized voices, and commits to helping students and the entire community understand the essential value of diversity and the importance of dismantling systemic inequities in order to create a just and fair world for all.

In response to the upswell of activism surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement, Dean Ed Petkus PhD, along with the faculty and staff of ASB, started this endowed scholarship in 2020.

The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial support to Black students who wish to pursue a Masters of Business Administration or a Masters of Science in Accounting.
